Our Let Only Package includes:

• Erecting Moore To Let advertising board at the property
• Organising and accompanying viewings (in office hours)
• Full reference and credit check of prospective tenants
• Lease preparation
• Collecting and registering deposit
• Schedule of Condition on check in

Our Let Only fee is a one off payment of one month’s rent each time we find you a tenant (NO VAT).

Our Fully Managed Package includes all of the above plus:

• Collecting and remitting rent on a monthly basis
• Pursuing unpaid rent and working out a strategy to resolve any rent arrears 
• Providing a full statement of account
• Arranging maintenance
• Conducting property inspections
• Schedule of Dilapidation on check out
• Arranging Gas Safety Certificate-legal requirement
• Arranging Electrical Installation Condition Reports-legal requirement
• Arranging Energy Performance Certificate-legal requirement
• Advice where needed from our in house Chartered Surveyor

Our fee for the Fully Managed Package is 10%-12% (depending on the nature of the proeprty) of the monthly rental value each month with an additional charge of half of the first month’s rent the first time we find you a tenant (NO VAT). There will be no finding fee thereafter.
